  **Executive Director & Founder: Oxford International Film Festival (2006-present)  
  Developed and executed a business plan for the region's first, largest and only major international film festival. Raised over $75,000.00 to put on the non-profit event, hired and managed a staff of 8, and extended staff of over 50 volunteers. Managed payroll, budgeting, scheduling, sponsorship and production management supervising and directing staff in all areas of marketing, technical direction, & special events planning. Gained support of local government and national corporations. Contacted and managed over 100 incoming filmmakers and celebrity guests from around the globe resulting in an overwhelmingly successful first event with major news coverage in multiple countries internationally. The event has now become an annual event.  
     
  **President & Founder: Miami Film Association, Inc. (2007-present)  
  Developed and established the Miami Film Association, a non-profit corporation created to help and support new and rising independent filmmakers in the midwestern (Miami Valley) region of the United States. Created and executed a comprehensive corporate business plan working with local and regional state governments and partnering with other regional arts organizations to create new comprehensive programs including national and international programs to support independent filmmakers in the region and around the world.   **President/Vice-President Miami Assoc. of Filmmakers and Independent Actors (2006-present)  
  Selected as the Vice President of the organization in 2006. The Miami Assoc. of Filmmakers and Independent Actors is a Miami University student and community (non-profit) organization whose purpose is to support students in producing their own original independent films, to learn by doing. As Vice President, duties included organization promotion (in order to attract new members), project supervision, new project registration, fundraising, and assisting with equipment upkeep . While in office, organization membership tripled, as did participation, and over $25,000.00 in funds were raised for the organization in new equipment/project grants (more than double that of previous years). As a result of my efforts, accomplishments, and abilities, I was elected President of the organization in 2007.

  Created, managed and produced 9 short and feature-length film and television productions (have since been offered positions on over a dozen more). Work included finding and hiring cast & crew, creating and managing budgets, equipment, scheduling, art-direction, and creative consulting.
